[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] Mapscript for PHP5

Just to add to your comment Dan, PHP5 is available as binaries for Win32 on
the PHP site: http://www.php.net/downloads.php, but there is no more
installer for the package (follow the installation instructions).

Yes, PHP MapScript 4.2.2 and 4.3 (CVS) will compile and seem to work
fine with PHP5, even though that should still be considered experimental
at this point. I don't think windows binaries for PHP5 are available
anywhere yet.
