Mapserver 4.4 timing out ( Windows Bina ries )

I have also been having time-out issues with the "kitchen sink"
binaries. I can see images being created in the tmp directory for
most map requests... but the url times out in the web browser. I have
also noticed that some simple map requests (no imagery, small numbers
of layers, etc..) will sucessfully execute, while others won't.

Wondering if anyone else has had these issues, and if anyone who is
better versed in the world of dll's can help.

Thanks in advance.

-Mike
