MapServer book(s)?

I am writing a book on Open Source GIS tools, with a focus on MapServer.  There will be a chapter on Scripting with MapScript.  It will also cover PostGIS, GDAL/OGR, OpenEV and more.  We're aiming to have this out for next summer.  It will be published by O'Reilly.
