Problem with mapserv 4.4 in Windows XP - IIS

Hi all,

this happened to me testing 4.4 binaries with Oracle Spatial enabled. I've
made tests on four different pc (all Windows XP and IIS), and I've found
that in one PC (in the other it is ok) I had to put oci.dll (Oracle Class
Interface, required by mapserver with Oracle Spatial option) into the same
folder of mapserver dll. Note that oci.dll originally stays into folder
specified into PATH (<oracle root>\bin) and that "mapserv.exe - v" works
fine also without this workaround; but to run into browser I had to move
this dll. Strange...

Please note that I install MapServer by putting all required dll into a
dedicated folder (<mapserver root>\lib) and by specifying this path into
PATH system variable.

Regards

Francesco
