Trouble getting started - please help

First, check that images are getting cretaed by mapserver in your tmp
directory. If not, check that CGI executabels are enabled at both the
virtual directory level and the "web service extensions" level.

If you are using ms domain authentication or active directory, there
are a couple ms articles that may help:

Also, try accessing your page with Mozilla instead of IE. IE will mask
some error messages from the server that get displayed by Mozilla.
