legend error

[Böcke, Max (init)]

Hello users,
 
i've got a problem with the mapserver legend. It is not shown in the map_template.
The entry in the Template-File:
 
<img name="legend" src="[legend]">
 
entry in Map-File:
 
LEGEND
    KEYSIZE 12 12
    STATUS ON
     LABEL
       TYPE BITMAP
       SIZE MEDIUM
       COLOR 0 0 89
     END
END
 
The generated picture should be filed in the temp-dictionary, but there is nothing.
 
On Apache it is working great but on my IIS not. Where is the problem. Is there anyone, who has the same problem.
