What error are you getting?  I bet it won't like the spaces in the full
path name.
Try "quoting" the full path name.  Also, I notice in your above example
that you have a typo:
....\aria.ttf  - I assume you have it right in your fontset.txt file :)
You may also want to try specifying your path like:
"/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs/loteamentos/arial.ttf" - as
long as your mapserver app is on the same drive it should work.
One more idea is to use "short filenames" like:
"/Progra~1/Apache~1/Apache2/htdocs/loteamentos/arial.ttf".

As you may have noticed, I haven't the slightest clue what your problem
might be :)  Hope these might help anyway.
