"set in index.html" value

I configured a map file according to my local data and I get the following
error when I try to launch mapserver:

"Content-type: text/html msReturnPage(): Unable to access file. set in
index.html"

The "set in index.html" value is related to the TEMPLATE parameter of the
WEB class into the map file...

Should I comment that line of change it for another?
