Merci beaucoup.  Note that the "MapServer and OGC Services" Workshop given at OSGIS2004/MUM2 is posted on the conference proceedings page, and I will be actively updating / maintaining it as changes/updates/etc. occur in MapServer (WCS is next :)).  If anyone is interested in helping out, you know where to find me.
