Hi,

Can you send us the request you are trying? Which version of Mapserver are
you using?

Maxfeatures is supported though it is not done in the most efficient way,
see:

Most of the Filters are supported, see the Capabilities for a list of
supported filters.

Filtering your columns by using propertyName outside of the Filter seems
to be broken, see:

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=675

interfaces supported:
GetCapabilities
DescribeFeatureType
GetFeature

not supported:
LockFeature
Transaction
