[Mapserver-users] Displaying Lat/Long points onto State Plane projected map

Thanks for responding, Zak. I forgot to mention that I am not using
Mapserver. I'm using ArcGIS. Any idea how I shall do it in ArcView?

The easiest thing might be to use PHP and PHP/Mapscript to open the dbf 
file using php's dbase support and then create a shapefile of points 
using mapscript commands. Then mapserver can load the shapefile data.
