[Mapserver-users] SLD Support and MapServer 4.2

I have USE_OGR enabled and SLD doesn't work.  This is what is in the make
file for OGR

GR=-DUSE_OGR
GDAL_DIR=c:\development\mapserver\compile\build\gdal-1.2.0

You should build with USE_OGR (wich is used to parse the xml files).
