[Mapserver-users] Reference image

hi guys,

I'm not able get a clickable reference map as shown in the mapserver example
http://terrasip.gis.umn.edu/cgi-bin/mapserv40?map=/data/projects/tutorial/example2-4.map&layer=states&mode=browse

my reference image does show the zoom band and star , but the i'm not able 
to change my focus as given in the example by clicking the reference map.

what am i missing..?
