[Mapserver-users] Other MapServer mailing lists

I'd like to see the list split into topical areas.  Something like this:

mapserver-users
mapserver-installation (this seems to be a BIG hunk of 
traffic--library versions, compilation settings, binaries for XYZZY)
mapserver-announce
and then maybe
mapserver-scripting (but does it make sense to have PHP and Perl in 
the same list?)
and also maybe
mapserver-experts
