I don't know why this isn't working.  You might need to supply your .map file to
help us work it out.

I don't know anything about this.  I have never tried it.

Raster query is not supported in 4.2, but it has been introduced in 4.3 (the
development version).   See the wiki for details on this or ask me.

Yes, I think there is.  I don't recall the details though.
