We have implemented a vehicle tracking system (in this case for ships) =
using GPS/Inmarsat transceivers, putting the positions into a PostGIS =
database, and displaying them using Mapserver CGI (with lots of =
Javascript for the client side and a little ASP on the server).

No web site available to the outside world yet.  I'll be creating a demo =
site over the next couple of weeks...
