Has anybody used the CGI variable IMGSHAPE with success

I have been using the CGI-variables
...mode=nquery&imgxy=...
and
...mode=nquery&imgbox=...
with success - but when I tried
...mode=nquery&imgshape=...
mapserver fails and an error occurs in the Apache error-log:
Premature end of script headers: c:/programmer/apache group/apache/cgi-
bin/mapserv40.EXE

I am using MapServer version 4.0 compiled for Win32
