symbol overlap

Hello,

i am trying to display some symbols on some points on a map.
The problem is that, there are several items on one point.
Then drawing the map, the symbols appears one over each other.
I tried to give some offset values in the SYMBOLS classes but it doesn't work.

Could you help me ?

I know a message was already posted about this but there were no answer.
