mapserv(): Web application error.

Hi there,

That looks like a fairly typical example of the mapserver DLL files
not being placed in your windows/system32 (or equivalent) folder.

To test that they are in the right place, try running the mapserv.exe
from a DOS prompt.

c:\.......\mapserv.exe

If no errors pop up, its ok.
