extension differences

hello

I am using php-mapscript.

in my mapfile: EXTENT  419630  4510820  516250 4617510
in my php file initial map extends 414562.225 4510820 521317.775
4617510. I expect all of them
are same as the values in the map file. But x values  are different.
Where might these differences
come from ;

any ideas ?
