Ok - I don't understand - still another issue

Joseph,
I don't have "OUTLINECOLOR 0 0 0" defined in your CLASS block. You need to
get a copy of the Mapfile Reference from the web site and experiment with
the various options and/or look at the demo mapfile and read up on any
options that they are using that you are not using to better understand
what all the options do. There are a lot of them and it requires a little
reading and experimenting.
