FW: [UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] symbols changing color

Steve,

One final question on this: the dummy layer seems to draw one copy of the
symbol centered at 0,0 at the top left of the image, so part of it shows in
the corner of the map. Is there any way to make this not visible?
