MapServer WCS

Hi,

I posted something about a windows version of the MapServer WCS some
time ago.  A linux box has come into my hands and I am eager to try to
use the WCS now.

Can you point me again to how to configure and set this up in Linux.
Can I use
 the 4.2.5 version of MapServer or just the development version.

I will be looking to serve 16 bit geotiff dems.
