utility programs

Hello,

I am trying to use the tile4ms utility and I can't find the executable file.
Mapserver is installed on FreeBSD from a package. Any hints on where I
should look and am I looking for a file called just tile4ms with no
extension?

If it wasn't included in the package, how do I create just this utility from
the distribution?

P.S. I'm posting this question again as I posted it under a meaningless
subject before.
