Using mapserver and C#

All, Titus wrote that he thought folks might be
working on gettinf mapserver and C# together. Is there
a project, documentation underway for this? If so, I
would like to help. I'm too much of a mapserver novice
to start such an effort, but I can help with the C#
aspect.
