Not that I know of for the MAP file.

But ofcourse using WMS mode or PHP/Mapscript you can have control over this.

All,

I'm looking for a way to control which layers display over which
others.  Is there a way to apply a hierarchy to the MAP file other than
the order of the layer as it's read by MapServer?
