Class Symbols & SWF

I have added the support to create thick lines for line and polygon
layers by setting the width parameter of the style object. This
functionnality is available in the current CVS version of Mapserver.
If there are any issues please update Bug 1328
(http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1328).
