Client Support for WMS Time Dimension

I was wondering if anyone was aware of any client software available that
supported MapServer's WMS time dimension (ie. allows a user to select
layers at a specific point in time).

If there is not, can anyone recommend a good open source client, which I
could extend to add support for the time dimension.
