Caution to Windows folks using the ESRI codes for projections: the codes
listed in the esri file that come with the latest Windows binaries for
proj (ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/proj/proj446_win32_bin.zip) aren't the
same as the codes you get with ArcGIS (at least v9) via
ISpatialReference::FactoryCode (some are good, some are bad).  The esri
file that comes with more recent versions of proj can be used instead.

One of the hazards on relying on pre-built binaries I guess.
