libmapscript.so: undefined symbol: msOWSGetSchemasLocation

Hello list!

I'm having problems building mapserver 4.6.0 --with-gdal --with-ogr
I can build mapserver, but when I try to access libmapscript.so from
java I get this error:

libmapscript.so: undefined symbol: msOWSGetSchemasLocation

What can I do? What is the problem?
