MapServer CGI : Url encoding of negative values for mapext parameter ?

Oops sorry, yes, the ordre of the paramaters was false, i was fooled 
because it works with reversed (positive) coordinates somtimes, i don't 
understand why. But now i know how to go further in my project, with 
more tests i found that +-20 (by example) is working...
