wms error

Hi list,

I've been trying many times to display the following wms: http://shagrat.icc.es/lizardtech/iserv/ows?, but it has been no possible using mapserver, however if I use through the url it works propertly. Any idea why it doesn't work in mapserver 4.6.1?
