curl 7.15.1 released

Folks -

If you have run into the minor but annoying bug in curl-7.15.0 in which
curl-config --vernum failed to return anything (breaking the MapServer
./configure script), curl-7.15.1 has been released.  It claims to fix
this bug, and it appears to in fact actually fix it, too!
