Foundation and Mapserver MAP file manage tool

Some thoughts:

1) It would be good if all these various mapserver related projects 
referenced in this thread were linked to from the new Mapserver Site

2) I think also that the need is pretty high for this sort of tool and 
mapserver support of it given the number of efforts we just heard about 
of people trying to do similar things and not getting very far in many 
cases because of lack of support.

3) I really like Bart's idea of forming an interest group - count me in!
