DOQs via WMS

Carola -

If you're looking for nationwide coverage, you can get them for free
from Microsoft TerraServer, with some limitations (e.g. color infrared
all converted to black and white, limited projection support, JPEG
output only, no recent updates). You can't beat the price, however, and
they're an excellent tool for prototypes, getting started, or projects
where price is more important than other features.

There are several commercial providers of DOQ WMS services without these
limitations, but they're not free. We (TopoZone) provide them, as do
GlobeXplorer and Pixxures. There may be others - I haven't really
looked around for them, since I've already got them!

Subject: [UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] DOQs via WMS

Hi,
Does anybody of you know WMS services where I can get DOQs via WMS to
integrate into my MapServer project?
I am thankful for every tip.

Carola
