WFS GetFeature Filter DWithin

For whatever reason, this works now.  Was something changed in CVS?

Which is wierd 1./ it used to work before 2./ it is advertised in WFS
Capabilities XML.

Our basic use case behind this is "return information for a given x/y
point".

Any ideas?
