Moving objects in MapServer

Hi,

I don't know of any free out-of-the-box Mapserver solution which can
provide you with this functionality. Ofcourse it is possible to build such
a thing yourself with eg PHP/Mapscript if you have enough time on your
side.

The commercial IMF framework from Moximedia can do this out-of-the-box
though:
