raster problem

Helo Everone,
few days back i have posted my problem  and i did not get any reply, if anyone are having solution for that plz post it, Here , iam describing it again,



I am able to view my raster file in the browser, but , It's position is moved towards down, extents of the map are declared in the mapobject.Below is my present raster layer.And even the image is attached for convenience.It will be very grateful if someone , sends me solution as soon as possible, thanking u in advance.
