Layers and Legend in another window...

Hi MS_Users!
 
I'm a newbie in Mapserver and I'd like to know how to create or use a
Legend and Layers in windows or frames separated. I think that it's only
HTML but It doesn't work for me. Excuse me for my ignorance and my
written English.
