IIS Config problem

It's a little hard to answer that question - I don't recall where you
got your "workshop.zip" file.  It's a very good idea to download and
install a complete, stable MapServer binary from either the MapServer
site (one of the Windows binaries) or from www.maptools.org

Hi there. I just check my '\mapserver\bin' folder and I indeed am
missing zlib.dll. Was this supposed to be included in the 'workshop.zip'
package, because it wasn't in mine...  Where can I get this file?
