Perl MapScript and 4.4.1

Tyler,

I just grabbed 4.4.1 yesterday and mapserv build without any problems
and I just ran:

perl Makefile.PL
make

on my system with no problem. I'm running Debian
Linux data 2.4.26-1-686-smp #1 SMP Tue Aug 24 13:53:22 JST 2004 i686 unknown
