Installing on Redhat7

Howdy Tim,

Looks like we need to do some tracking.  Do you have multiple versions of
libgd installed?  Make sure that the libgd-devel RPM is not installed...

inflateInit is a zlib thing.  Perhaps zlib-devel needs to be installed.
How did you compile libgd in /usr/local ?
