[UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] MapServer and Oracle Spatial

I don't know for Solaris but on windows, the anonymus web user account must have acces to the oracle_home directory to create to connection.

What's the proper way of setting these variables?

I set it in the shell of the user that starts the apache process. But that did not work.
