custom output format not added to capabilities

Hi,

only GDAL and GD formats are advertized for now in the WMS capabilities, see:

I have the following option in my map file :
OUTPUTFORMAT
                NAME pdf
                MIMETYPE "application/x-pdf"
                DRIVER pdf
                EXTENSION "pdf"

END

I have the following comment in the capabilities response :

However mapserver dont add image/pdf to supported format.
