How can I use SVG-Features of Mapserver 4.6

Hey list,

Mapserver comes with SVG support since version 4.6.
I guess it is only possible for a vector layer.
How can I use it?
Do I have to define a special Layer or outputfomat in the mapfile?
Where can i find some documentation about that?
