JUMP & uDIG movies or presentations

Hi folks, ( dear MapServer & FreeGIS lists, sorry for the cross-posting)

I saw a very nice flash movie about QGIS and found it just great for the 
"newcomers"...

It's hard to tell managers "YES, See? Free GIS does the music!"

Currently, I'm looking for similar movies or presentations about JUMP 
and uDIG...

Do you suggest any link?
