Easiest OS

In my opinion, the easiest map-serving OS is HostGIS
Linux. I posted to the list about our 3.0 release
yesterday.

It's Slackware Linux, with MapServer, etc already set
up, including sample apps. 220 MB download, takes
about 1 minute to get through the interactive part of
the install.
