Mapfile GRID element

Dear listers,
Hi am having some troubles in defining a costumised spacing for my
Mapserver grid. I would like to achieve something like this
http://webservices.ionicsoft.com/ionicweb/map/MAPDRESSING?VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-180,-90,180,90&WIDTH=680&HEIGHT=340&LAYERS=grid&STYLES=currentsrs&FORMAT=image/gif&BGCOLOR=0xffffff&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&EXCEPTIONS=application/vnd.ogc.se_inimage
and till now I've only managed this
