Problem using Gdal-1.2.6

Johan,

I don't believe that the object code depends on nmake.opt, so
after changing the configuration in nmake.opt you should generally
do "nmake /f makefile.vc clean" before building the software
again. 

The version info from mapserv.exe indicates that GDAL is not
yet enabled.
