gdaltindex in DOS

Frank has got some precompiled binaries for win32 on his site if you don't
want to bother compiling it yourself.

Just download the Fwtools 0.9.8 (windows) and its got gdal exes among other
neat things packaged in the suite.

I have 51 .tif files and 51 corresponding .tfw files. I would like to run
gdaltindex on my Windows machine. I tried using the instructions at
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?RasterHOWTO but these are not
for Windows. Could anyone share the correct gdaltindex usage in DOS
environment?
